Agent enablement · Lunch and Learn

Thirteen sessions you can bring into your office.

Ninety minutes each. Every one is hands on, built for working agents, and ends with something finished instead of a page of notes.

Why enablement

Your agents are your marketing department. Most were never trained for it.

A brokerage's brand is the sum of what its agents publish, and most of them market in bursts because nobody ever showed them a system. Urban Marketing Edge's Lunch and Learn sessions install the habits, tools and templates in a room full of agents, on their own laptops and phones, in ninety minutes.

It is the same agent-enablement work behind the Rocks Realty and Clareo Group results: monthly trainings that turn a marketing system into something agents actually use. See the case studies

Agents in a brokerage office

How these sessions work

Enough time to teach something and still watch the room use it.

Every session follows the same shape: a short teach, a working block where agents build on their own devices, then open questions. Nobody leaves with homework they will not do.

Built, not covered

Each session ends with a finished piece of work: a calendar, a profile, a filmed video, a dashboard, a written email. Agents can point to what they made.

Written for working agents

No theory, no software vendor pitch. Examples come from real listings, real databases and the tools your agents already pay for.

Mixed experience welcome

Sessions are structured so a first-year agent and a twenty-year agent both leave with something. The working block scales to where each person is.

Handouts included

Every attendee gets the worksheets, prompt sheets and checklists used in the session, so the work continues after the room clears.

The catalog

Three tracks, thirteen sessions.

Track one

Marketing Foundations

The habits and systems that make everything else work. Start here if your agents market in bursts.

00 Play to Survive: A Run of Rags To Real Estate, Then the DebriefNew agentsYour new agents play the game where three in four don't make it, then find out why the ones who do, do.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:10The odds, and the real 2026 numbers the game runs on. What Rags To Real Estate is and why Urban Marketing Edge built it
  2. 0:45Everyone plays a run on their own laptop. Pick a market, pick a difficulty, pass the real exam, try to survive year one
  3. 0:35The debrief: what ran out first, runway math, and the marketing spend that would have changed the ending

Agents walk out with

  • A felt understanding of why agents quit, from a run they just lost or barely won
  • A personal runway worksheet: months of expenses versus realistic time to first close, in their market
  • A first-year marketing budget and calendar sized to that runway, not to optimism

Best for: New and pre-license agents, and brokers onboarding a class. The game is free and plays in any browser, so it works for remote teams too.

01 Consistency Beats Genius: Building a Marketing Rhythm You Can KeepWhy the agent who posts twelve average things a month outsells the agent who posts one perfect thing a quarter.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:20What stop-and-start marketing actually costs, in dollars and in lost recall
  2. 0:45Build your rhythm: pillars, frequency, and the days it happens
  3. 0:25Batching workshop. Everyone writes week one in the room

Agents walk out with

  • A one-page weekly marketing rhythm assigned to real days of their week
  • A bank of 30 content ideas pulled from work they are already doing
  • A batching method that produces a full week of posts in one sitting

Best for: Every agent in the office. The strongest first session if you are only booking one.

02 The Listing Launch Playbook: One Listing, Thirty Days of ContentTurn every listing into a full campaign instead of a single Just Listed graphic and a prayer.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:20Sellers judge you on visibility. The five stages and what each one is for
  2. 0:40Build a launch calendar for a live or recent listing
  3. 0:30Shot list and caption workshop

Agents walk out with

  • The five-stage launch sequence: coming soon, just listed, open house, under contract, just sold
  • A photo and video shot list for the day they get the keys
  • Hooks and captions written for each stage of a real listing

Best for: Listing agents, and any office where sellers ask what the marketing plan is.

03 Own Your Zip Code: Google Business Profile, Reviews and Local SearchThe unglamorous work that puts your agents in front of people who are already searching.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25How local search decides who shows up, in plain language
  2. 0:35Optimize your profile live. Laptops and phones out
  3. 0:30Review engine setup and neighborhood content plan

Agents walk out with

  • A fully optimized Google Business Profile, completed in the room
  • A review request script and the three moments in a transaction to use it
  • A hyperlocal content plan built around neighborhoods they actually sell in

Best for: Agents who want inbound leads without ad spend. Requires a laptop.

Track two

The AI Fast Track

Five sessions that take an office from curious to capable. Session 04 is the on-ramp for everyone else.

04 The Realtor's Guide to What AI Can Actually DoStart hereA plain-English tour of what is real, what is hype, and what is worth an hour of your Tuesday.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25Live demos, no theory. What it does well and where it fails
  2. 0:35The five highest-value use cases for a working agent
  3. 0:30Hands on. Everyone runs their first real task start to finish

Agents walk out with

  • A clear map of where AI helps in a real estate business and where it quietly hurts
  • Five tasks they can hand off this week, tested in the room
  • The disclosure, accuracy and fair housing guardrails to work inside

Best for: The whole office, especially the skeptics. This is the on-ramp to sessions 05 through 08.

05 Build Your Perfect Client AI AvatarStop writing to everyone. Build a client profile detailed enough that AI can write in their language instead of yours.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:20Why content that gets likes from other agents gets nothing from buyers
  2. 0:40Build your avatar live, sourced from three real past clients
  3. 0:30Run the avatar against three of your own posts and rewrite them

Agents walk out with

  • A written avatar for their primary client type: timeline, money story, fears and objections
  • A reusable prompt that produces content in that person's voice, not generic agent voice
  • A test for whether a post is speaking to the client or to the algorithm

Best for: Agents whose marketing feels busy but does not convert. Session 04 helps but is not required.

06 Use AI to Build a 90-Day Content Calendar in One SittingWalk in with an empty calendar. Walk out with a full quarter planned and dated.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:20Pillars, themes and the ratio that keeps a feed from turning into a billboard
  2. 0:50Build the full calendar live. Laptop required
  3. 0:20The monthly refresh and how to batch-produce from the calendar

Agents walk out with

  • A 90-day calendar with themes, dates and post types already filled in
  • A pillar structure so the calendar survives a busy month instead of collapsing
  • A monthly refresh process that takes under an hour

Best for: Anyone who spends Sunday night deciding what to post Monday. Pairs naturally with session 05.

07 Email Marketing and the One-Hour NewsletterThe one channel you own outright, built at a speed your agents will actually maintain.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25Why email still beats social for repeat and referral business
  2. 0:40Build a real issue start to finish, with AI handling the first draft
  3. 0:25List hygiene, segmentation and re-engagement

Agents walk out with

  • A newsletter format built for real estate that takes about an hour a month to produce
  • One complete issue, written and ready to send before they leave
  • Subject line, send time and list segmentation rules, plus a plan for people who never open

Best for: Agents sitting on a database they are not emailing, which is most agents. Laptop required.

08 AI for SEO and LLM Optimization: Getting Found by Google and by ChatGPTBuyers are asking AI assistants who the best agent in your area is. This is how you become the answer.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25How AI assistants choose sources, and why it is not the same game as SEO
  2. 0:35Audit a real agent site or profile together, live
  3. 0:30Write one optimized local page or post

Agents walk out with

  • The difference between ranking on Google and being cited by an AI assistant, and what each rewards
  • A page and blog structure both systems can read
  • A short list of local queries to target first, and one optimized page written in the room

Best for: Agents with a website or blog, and brokers thinking past this quarter. The most forward-looking session in the catalog.

Track three

  2. 0:45Build the dashboard live
  3. 0:25Rollout, ownership and keeping it current

Agents walk out with

  • A working dashboard, built during the session, not a mockup
  • The four sections every office dashboard needs and the ones that go stale
  • A rollout plan for getting agents to actually open it

Best for: Brokers, team leaders and office managers. Bring whoever currently fields the questions.

10 Phone to Published: Short-Form Video Without the OverwhelmFor the agents who know they should be on video and have found eleven reasons not to start.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:20The five formats, and why polish is not the bar
  2. 0:40Everyone films. Yes, everyone
  3. 0:30Edit, caption and publish

Agents walk out with

  • Five repeatable video formats that need no script and no studio
  • One video filmed, edited, captioned and posted before they leave the room
  • A filming routine attached to work they already do, so it does not become a separate job

Best for: Camera-shy agents and anyone whose video output stalled after three posts. Needs room to spread out.

11 Your Next Ten Deals Are Already in Your PhoneDatabase reactivation for agents sitting on a contact list they have not touched since the closing gift.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25Why past clients go cold and what each cold contact costs

  • A 30-day touch plan they can run without help

Best for: Agents past their third year, and any office heading into a slow stretch. Bring your CRM login.

12 Recruiting and Retention MarketingLeadershipYour agents are being recruited every week. This is what your brokerage looks like to the agent deciding whether to answer.

The 90 minutes

  1. 0:25The recruit's research path, step by step, from first search to first call
  2. 0:35Audit your own brokerage footprint live
  3. 0:30Build the value proposition and the first month of recruiting content

  • An honest audit of what a recruit finds when they search your brokerage
  • The three proof points recruits look for, and how to make each one visible
  • A retention content plan that celebrates your agents publicly and on a schedule

Best for: Brokers, owners, managing brokers and team leaders only. This is not an agent session.

Book one, or build a series

Series work better.

Agents come back to a room where they already built something. These are the combinations with the most carryover.

FAQ

Lunch and Learn questions

What does a session cost?

Pricing depends on the session, the series and the size of the room. Tell Urban Marketing Edge which topics fit your office and roughly how many agents you expect, and Casey will send a quote with the outline.

Can these be delivered remotely?

The catalog is designed for a room, because the working block is the point. Remote delivery is possible for sessions 04 through 08 when the office is spread out; ask.

Are these continuing-education credits?

No. These are working sessions, not CE-accredited courses. Casey has separately authored a three-hour CE course for brokers on advertising oversight; ask about it if your office needs credit hours.

Book a session

Pick a session and get a date on the calendar.

Tell Urban Marketing Edge which topics fit your office and roughly how many agents you expect. Casey confirms a date, sends the outline ahead of time so you can promote it internally, and handles the rest.
