Agent Starter Marketing
$1,150 / month
Month to month · billed in advance · no setup fees
For solo agents who want a steady presence while staying hands-on.
Cost
Between about $1,150 and $8,550 a month with Urban Marketing Edge, month to month, billed in advance, no setup fees. Here is what the number buys at each level, and what the alternatives cost once you count everything.

The plans
Agent Starter at $1,150 covers one agent. Broker Growth at $2,250 is a partner for a boutique brokerage. Team Marketing Department at $3,850 is a marketing department with a white-labeled dashboard. The luxury studios run $2,850, $5,500 and $8,550 and add custom campaign creative and strategy.
What the alternatives cost
A full-time marketing coordinator costs salary, benefits, software and management time, and usually covers one or two channels well. A freelancer costs less but rarely covers strategy, design, video, email and web at once. Doing it yourself costs the owner's evenings, which is the most expensive hour in the building.
What is never charged
No setup fees, no long contracts, no per-post pricing, no ownership claims on your files. Anything outside the cadence is scoped as a priority request before it is done.
