Core or Luxury: Which Track Fits Your Office

Six plans are really two tracks of three. Each luxury studio is built on a core plan and adds custom creative, a story framework, property emails, strategy meetings, and on the top tier a monthly case study. Here is how to pick the track.

Core or Luxury: Which Track Fits Your Office

Urban Marketing Edge's six plans are two tracks of three. Each luxury studio is built on a core plan and adds five things: custom creative instead of templates, a story framework, property emails to the office's list, a monthly strategy call, and on the top tier a monthly case study published as a web page. The track is decided by where the listings sit and how much the brand lives in the details.

The "Built on" row on the plan comparison page makes the pairing visible. Luxury Agent Studio is built on Agent Starter. Luxury Boutique Story Suite is built on Broker Growth. Private Luxury Story Studio is built on Team Marketing Department. Pick the core plan that fits the office's size, then ask whether the luxury twin earns its difference.

Luxury is not a compliment. It is a different production method, and it costs more because it takes more.

Three pairs, not six plans

Reading the plans as pairs turns a six-way choice into a size question and a track question.

  • Agent Starter, $1,150, and Luxury Agent Studio, $2,850. One agent. The core plan runs on templates. The studio runs on fully custom creative for key properties, with spotlight campaigns for up to two luxury listings a month.

  • Broker Growth, $2,250, and Luxury Boutique Story Suite, $5,500. A boutique brokerage. The core plan carries the brand with a brand voice and visual guide. The suite adds a luxury brand story, campaign-style creative, and a white-labeled dashboard for the brand.

  • Team Marketing Department, $3,850, and Private Luxury Story Studio, $8,550. A team with agents inside the dashboard. Both cover one brand plus five agents, with additional agents from $150 on the core plan and from $250 on the studio. The studio adds the story framework, an annual roadmap, a leadership strategy meeting, and the monthly case study.

Size picks the row. Track picks the column.

What the luxury track adds

Here is what changes from a core plan to its luxury twin, row by row on the comparison page.

  1. Custom creative. The core track runs on a template set in the office's brand, with four custom designs a month on Broker Growth and six print designs on Team Marketing Department. The luxury track is fully custom for key properties on Luxury Agent Studio, and campaign-style custom social and email on the two suites. Every listing gets its own look rather than a brand frame.

  2. A story framework. Core plans run on monthly content themes. Luxury Agent Studio adds custom creative direction to its theme. Luxury Boutique adds a luxury brand story. Private Luxury adds a luxury story framework with recruiting and retention messaging. The framework makes twelve listings in a year read as one voice.

  3. Property emails. None on the core track. One a month to your list on Luxury Agent Studio, one dedicated a month on Luxury Boutique, four pooled a month on Private Luxury. A property email goes to the people most likely to know the buyer.

  4. Strategy meetings. Core plans meet every other week or weekly. The luxury tiers add a monthly 60-minute strategy call on Luxury Agent Studio and Luxury Boutique, and a monthly leadership strategy meeting on Private Luxury, where the annual roadmap is broken into quarters and kept current.

  5. The monthly case study. Private Luxury Story Studio only. One a month, published to the office's site as a long-form web page telling the story of one successful transaction. It is not a report. It is the piece a seller reads before the listing appointment.

Everything else stays the same across the pair: the newsletter, the blogs, the video hours, Google Business Profile, the post approval system, and the terms, month to month, billed in advance, no setup fees.

Who the luxury track is for

The luxury track fits when at least two of these are true. If none is, the core plan is the honest choice.

  • The listings sit in the upper price bands for the market. Not one listing a year, but the office's normal work. Above the luxury line, sellers compare presentation before they compare agents.

  • The brand lives in the details. The office competes on how a listing is shown, and a templated launch would send the wrong signal to the seller it wants next.

  • The list is the channel. The office's past clients and sphere include the people who know the next buyer.

  • Leadership wants a roadmap. The owner wants marketing tied to an annual plan and a standing strategy meeting. That is Private Luxury specifically.

The luxury track is not for a volume office well served by a strong template set, or for an agent whose one luxury listing a year can be a marketing-manager task on a core plan. Custom creative on work that does not need it is expense, not positioning.

What this looks like on the comparison page

Take a boutique office of eight agents whose listings mostly sit above the luxury line. Size puts it on the middle row: Broker Growth or Luxury Boutique Story Suite. Put the two on the page with the only-show-differences toggle on.

The rows that remain are price, the theme row (monthly themes against a luxury brand story), property emails (none against one dedicated a month), design (four custom designs against campaign-style custom social and email), meetings (weekly against weekly plus a monthly 60-minute strategy call), the dashboard (standard against white-labeled for the brand), and recruiting (none against a recruiting page or Join Us section and one recruiting email a quarter).

That list is the difference between $2,250 and $5,500. If the office sees the property email and the campaign-style creative as things its sellers expect, the suite is right. If it sees them as nice to have, Broker Growth with a marketing-manager task for the occasional luxury launch is the better month.

By the numbers

  • Listings with video get about 403% more inquiries than photo-only listings, and video listings get 12x more shares than photo carousels on social, according to widely cited industry figures. The luxury track's custom creative is built around that footage.

  • Roughly 35% of sellers say an agent's reputation is their primary selection factor, according to industry surveys cited by HousingWire and others. The monthly case study on Private Luxury exists to make that reputation readable.

  • Real estate email open rates typically land between 25% and 40%, with top performers reaching 40 to 50%. A property email to a warm list is the luxury track's most direct channel to the people who know the buyer.

How Urban Marketing Edge handles this

On the three luxury studios, the first month sets the story framework with the office: the brand story on Luxury Boutique, the story framework with recruiting and retention messaging on Private Luxury, custom creative direction on Luxury Agent Studio. From there, each listing gets a spotlight campaign or campaign-style creative built from the shot list we supply and the footage the agent's photographer delivers, cut with the plan's video editing hours, and a property email to the list. The monthly 60-minute strategy call, or the leadership strategy meeting on Private Luxury, is where the roadmap is reviewed and priorities are set, and on Private Luxury one transaction a month becomes a long-form case study published on the office's site. The post approval system, the dashboard, and plain-language reporting run the same as on the core track. Compare a pair on the plan comparison page, and read what changes above the luxury line on the luxury marketing page.

Questions brokers ask

What is the difference between a luxury marketing plan and a standard one?

Five things: custom creative instead of templates, a story framework instead of themes alone, property emails to the office's list, a monthly strategy call or leadership meeting, and on Private Luxury Story Studio a monthly case study published as a web page. The newsletter, blogs, video hours, and terms stay the same.

Which core plan is each luxury studio built on?

Luxury Agent Studio is built on Agent Starter. Luxury Boutique Story Suite is built on Broker Growth. Private Luxury Story Studio is built on Team Marketing Department, and shares its one-brand-plus-five-agents seat rule, with additional agents from $250 instead of $150.

Is the luxury track worth it for one luxury listing a year?

Usually not. One luxury launch a year is a marketing-manager task on Broker Growth or Team Marketing Department. The luxury track is for offices whose normal work sits in the upper price bands.

What is the monthly case study on Private Luxury Story Studio?

A long-form web page published on the office's site each month, telling the story of one successful transaction: the property, the launch, the outcome. It is marketing a seller or candidate reads, not a performance report.

How many property emails does each luxury plan include?

One a month to your list on Luxury Agent Studio, one dedicated a month on Luxury Boutique Story Suite, and four pooled a month on Private Luxury Story Studio. The core plans include the monthly newsletter but no property emails.

Can an office move from a core plan to its luxury twin later?

Yes. Every plan is month to month, billed in advance, no setup fees, and each luxury studio is built on its core plan, so the move adds the story framework, custom creative, property emails, and the strategy meeting to the system already running.
