The Brokerage Marketing Audit

Twenty-four yes or no questions across eight areas: brand, social, listings, email, Google, website, recruiting and systems. Your score is free. Your email unlocks the breakdown by area, the three fixes to make first, and the plan that fits.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Answer honestly. "Yes" means it is true every month, not once last spring.
  2. Your headline score appears as soon as you finish.
  3. Enter an email to see the area breakdown, the first three fixes and the plan that fits.

First, the office

Brand

The office has a written brand guide: logo rules, colors, fonts and voice.

Every agent uses the same logo lockups and colors on their own posts.

Someone approves the office's marketing before it goes out, in one place.

Social

The office posts at least five times a week, every week, including slow months.

Most posts are video or carousels, not single images.

Agents share the office posts to their own profiles on a schedule.

Listings

Every listing gets the same launch set: coming soon, just listed, open house, under contract, sold.

The listing presentation is one design for every agent and was updated this year.

Listings get a property email to the database the week they list.

Email

The office sends a newsletter at least once a month.

The list is segmented at least by buyers, sellers and past clients.

Someone reads replies and open rates and changes the next send because of them.

Google

The Google Business Profile is claimed, complete and posted to at least monthly.

The office has asked for a review after every closing this quarter.

Someone replies to every review within a week.

Website

The website publishes new pages or posts at least monthly.

Every agent has a page on the office website with a current headshot and bio.

The site has a careers or Join Us page that says what a new agent gets in the first 90 days.

Recruiting

The office posts something aimed at candidates at least once a week.

Agent milestones (first listing, first closing, anniversaries) are posted on a schedule.

Candidates already in the database get an email at least quarterly.

Systems

Agents submit marketing requests in one place, not by text or in the hallway.

Templates, logos and the brand kit live in one library every agent can reach.

Leadership gets a monthly marketing report they can read in five minutes.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who sees my answers?

The score is computed in your browser. If you unlock the full result, the answers are sent with your email to Urban Marketing Edge so the call can start from them. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

How is the score calculated?

Every "yes" is one point. The score is the share of points earned out of 24. Areas are scored the same way out of three.

What happens after I unlock it?

The full result appears on this page and the link becomes shareable. Casey reads every result and replies himself. There is no automated sequence.
