Answer
Pick one assistant, approve it in writing and read the data terms of the plan you buy. Put the model name in the policy next to the plan name.

Pick one, approve it in writing, and read the data terms of the plan you buy. If that one is Claude, Anthropic's own announcements point quick, high volume jobs to Haiku 5.5 and everyday documents, slides and spreadsheets to Sonnet 5.5, and the model name belongs in the policy next to the plan name.

The short version
A brokerage does better with one approved assistant than with forty personal choices. One tool means one set of data terms to read, one rule to teach and one place to see how the work is going. This page does not rank AI companies. It covers what to check before you choose and, for a brokerage that chooses Claude, which model fits which task, using only what Anthropic publishes.
What to check first
Start with client data. In a survey Anthropic ran with small business owners, half named data security as their single biggest hesitation about AI, and Anthropic says it does not train on data by default on its Team and Enterprise plans (Introducing Claude for Small Business, May 13, 2026). The plan you buy matters, so read its terms. Next, approval. Claude for Small Business ships with 15 ready-to-run workflows and 15 skills, and the owner approves before anything sends, posts or pays. A brokerage can use the same rule for AI marketing. Last, practice. Anthropic's March 2026 Economic Index found that people who had used Claude for 6 months or more have a 10% higher success rate in their conversations, so starting early pays.
Which Claude model fits which task
Anthropic introduced Claude Opus 5.5 on September 22, 2026, Claude Sonnet 5.5 on September 28 and Claude Haiku 5.5 on October 7, and each announcement says what that model is for. Names and versions change quickly, so check Anthropic's models overview before you write one into a policy. What the announcements say is in the list below. Anthropic also says Sonnet 5.5 runs 30%+ faster than Sonnet 5 and costs up to 30% less for most work, and that Haiku 5.5 costs around 75% less to run than Haiku 4.5 on average.
Rolling it out
Name an owner, write a one page policy (the Brokerage AI Policy Prompt drafts it), and teach everyone the same habits. Anthropic's AI Fluency course names four core competencies, Delegation, Description, Discernment and Diligence, and six prompting techniques: give context, show examples, specify constraints, break complex tasks into steps, ask the AI to think first, and define its role or tone. Anthropic's own prompting guidance says to treat Claude like a brilliant but new employee who lacks context on your norms and workflows. A brokerage should brief it the same way, with the brand guide in hand.

FAQ
Plan type matters for data terms. Anthropic says it does not train on data by default on its Team and Enterprise plans. Read the terms of the exact plan you buy and write that plan's name into your policy. With the Haiku 5.5 launch, Anthropic also said Team subscribers receive up to $500 in monthly API credit pooled across their users (October 7, 2026), which is room to test a small automation without new spend.
They can, but one approved assistant means one set of terms to read and one rule to teach. If an agent wants a different tool, give them a way to ask.
No. Anthropic points high volume, cost sensitive jobs to Haiku 5.5 and everyday documents to Sonnet 5.5, and says Haiku 5.5 costs around 75% less to run than Haiku 4.5 on average. Start with the smallest model that does the job well, and move up only when the work shows it needs to.
No. Urban Marketing Edge uses AI for drafts, research and planning, always with a brand guide and a human editor, and nothing publishes without review. The AI Fast Track in the Lunch and Learn catalog teaches an office to do the same.
