What does Lead Connect do?
It upgrades the connection between your Luxury Presence website and Follow Up Boss so every lead starts the follow-up plan that matches the page and form it came from. Each lead arrives labeled by what the person wants, with the page named. Your Lead Flow still decides which agent gets it.
Doesn't Luxury Presence already connect to Follow Up Boss?
Yes, and it gets the lead there. What it does not do is start a different plan based on the page the lead came from. Follow Up Boss Automations do not run on brand new leads that arrive from an integration, and Lead Flow cannot tell one page from another, so a home value request and a buyer question end up in the same plan, or in none. Lead Connect closes that gap.
Does it work with other website platforms or CRMs?
No. Lead Connect is built for one pairing: a Luxury Presence website and a Follow Up Boss account. If you run a different website platform or a different CRM, book a call and we will tell you what fits instead.
What does it cost?
$3,000 one time for one website connected to one Follow Up Boss account. There are no per-lead fees. Your Luxury Presence and Follow Up Boss subscriptions are not included.
Will it change how leads are assigned to my agents?
No. Your Lead Flow keeps deciding who gets each lead, agent or group distribution, exactly as you run it today. Lead Connect makes sure the lead arrives complete and that follow-up starts.
Do I keep my existing action plans?
Yes. We wire the plans you already have to the right forms, for example a seller playbook for sellers and a buyer guide for buyers. Writing new plan emails and texts is not part of the one-time fee.
What do I need to get started?
